Badrinath Dham Yatra arrangements may change itineraries because of weather and road conditions. Begin 15 minutes of daily walking, jogging, stretching, and regular aerobic. Do exercises to strengthen your heart and legs.

Carry a pack of essential items such as snacks, a filled water bottle, small scissors and a knife. Keep waterproof matches, safety pins, thermometer, lighter, electoral packets etc. with you. Don’t forget to pack heat balm for muscles/joints, Vicks inhaler/VapoRub, sun hat, first aid kit, etc.
